How to print to the copier from your desktop computer

On your desktop computer

You need to be logged in with your Google account in Elevate Sky print management.

Click the up arrow near the clock on the bottom right of the screen. You should see a small black printer, click it. When logged in it will display which printers are connected to your computer.

To print a document from a computer

When you select print from a document, look for your location printer as below. If you don't see it, select see more from the list to display more options. Printer names are labeled by site.

At the copier

Log in to the copier

Select the Printer icon or button. It should display the number of print jobs sent to it.

Then select the print job checkbox on the right, and click the printer icon to print.
