How to print to the copier from your laptop

On your Windows laptop computer

You need to be logged in with your Google account in Elevate Sky print management.

Click the up arrow near the clock on the bottom right of the screen. You should see a small black printer, click it. When logged in, it will display which printers are connected to your computer.

On your Chromebook

You need to log into the Chromebook with your Y Google credentials. (Elevate Sky Print Management is not on Chromebooks)

To print a document from a laptop or Chromebook computer

We added two printers to select for use with laptops and Chromebooks. When you select one of these, you can release the job at the copier. If you don't see these, select see more. You will also see options on the copier display that you can select or change before printing, such as stapling. You will need to be logged into the device with a Y Google account.

At the copier

Select the Printer icon or button. It should display the number of print jobs sent to it.

Then select the print job checkbox on the right, and click the printer icon to print.
