How do I complete a childcare registration?

Processing a New Childcare Registration
1. Select the participant you want to register for the program and navigate to their membership information page

2. Select "Actions"

3. Click "Register for Programs"

4. Select the tag of the program or search it in the "search bar" up top

5. Select the correct program and days attending

6. Click Register when ready

7. This will take you to the date confirmation page, confirm the dates and click "Next"

8. You will need to add an authorized pick-up on the account

9. Click this dropdown.

10. Select the participant you are registering for the program.

11. If you know you are registering more than one participant from this family you can select the other siblings listed on the account now as well

12. You will need to select the relationship to the participant as well for all authorized pickups

13. When finished click "Save"

14. Click "NEXT"

15. Verify all days attending and click "Register"

16. From here you can take a payment for the single child registration, or you can navigate back to the membership information page to add another participant (If you are registering a single participant skip to (Slide #29 )

Multiple Children Registration
17. Select on the second child you will be registering for the program

18. Click "Actions"

19. Click "Register for Programs"

20. Click the tag you are looking for or search the program in the "Search Bar" up top

21. Select the program they want to register for

22. Click Register

23. Check the dates and payments and select "Next"

24. As you can see PussN' Boots is already authorized to be picked up by Dad as we completed this before

25. Click "NEXT"

26. Click "REGISTER"

27. Now we are going to navigate to take a payment and schedule the remaining balance

28. Use these check boxes to select all registrations, We will be applying a sibling discount to the registration and it will apply to all instances

29. Once they are all selected click on the "Discounts" Dropdown

30. Click "Apply Discount"

31. Scroll to the bottom, ensure that the location is correct, and apply the appropriate discount from the dropdown

32. Once chosen, click on "Select"

33. Click Apply

34. Now we are going to take a payment that is due today

35. Select payment method

36. Submit

37. Email them the receipt

38. Click "SEND"

39. Click "CLOSE"

40. Use the bread crumb trail to navigate back to the membership information page to set up the payment plan

41. Click on the unscheduled payments tab

42. Select all payments available with the blue check boxes

43. Once those have been selected click on the drop down arrow next to "make a payment"

44. Click "Schedule Payment"

45. From here you can schedule payments, monthly, weekly or on specific days.

46. Click the "Payments made on Due dates" field.

47. Click "Generate Schedule"

48. If you are satisfied with the generated schedule then click "Save"

49. This will navigate you back to this scheduled payments page (you can check the payment schedule here)
