How to Register for a YMCA Summer Camp Program

1. Navigate to https://operations.daxko.com/Membership/Search.mvc

2. Click "Programs"

3. Click "Search Programs"

4. Ensure you are logged into the correct branch, then choose camp

Tip: Searches for camp are based on locations - so if the camp is not onsite at a local Y you may need to change your location for the next steps

5. On this screen, search for and choose the camp you would like to register for

6. For this example - we chose LVO Sports Mania Camp

7. Click on the weeks you would like to register for

8. Choose register

9. Click the "Enter member's name, phone number, or barcode" field.

10. Click "Search"

11. Choose the correct camper

12. Click on the camper on the next screen

13. Answer any required questions

14. Click "NEXT"

15. Click "ACCEPT & SIGN"

16. Have parent sign the waiver

17. Click "REGISTER"

Tip: At this point you can go back and register for additional programs, once all programs are entered, the next step is to take payments for deposits and schedule the payment to be drafted

18. Click "Make a payment"

19. Click "MAKE PAYMENT"

20. Click this dropdown.

21. Click this button.

Alert: Please note - the next step is mandatory and should not be skipped. ALL accounts must be scheduled for automatic payments.

22. Click on the unscheduled balance amount

23. Click this checkbox.

24. Click this button.

25. Click "Schedule Payment"

26. Click this dropdown. Note that your options may be different depending on your permissions levels.

27. Click "Generate Schedule"

28. Click "Save"
