How can a member generate a year end tax statement?
1. Navigate to https://www.northshoreymca.org/
2. Click "ACCOUNT LOGIN"
3. Click the "Email or Phone Number" and enter your email address
4. Click "SUBMIT"
5. Click the "Password" field and enter your password
6. Click "LOGIN"
7. Under the records section, you should see a document labaled 2023 Year-end child care statement. Click here and this will download as a PDF
8. Switch to tab "Re: Daxko Login - mcgrathj@northshoreymca.org - YMCA of the North Shore Mail"
