How to transfer a swim team participant to another level
1. Go into the participants account
2. Click "Registrations"
3. Choose the current registration
4. Click "View in Transactions"
5. Click on the months that need to be changed
6. Click "MOVE PARTICIPANT"
7. Ensure the correct months are selected and click continue
8. Click "Competitive Teams (111)"
9. Click "YNS Sharks Swim Team"
10. Choose the correct level and location and click the checkbox
11. Click this button.
12. Choose the correct member
13. Check off the new months to be registered
14. Click "NEXT"
15. Click "COMPLETE MOVE"
16. Go back to the members account
17. Click on the balance due or unscheduled box
18. Check the box for all payments due
19. At this point you can choose to make the full payment or reschedule the payments due. Click make payment to make the payment or click the box highlighted and move to the next steps
20. Click "Schedule Payment"
21. Click this dropdown.
22. Click this image and choose the date
23. Click "Generate Schedule"
24. Click "Save"
